MAK SF
MAK SF is a wetting and penetrating agent designed to prevent adhesion and clogging of cohesive excavated soil on the cutterhead and inside the chamber of shield TBM machines. When injected into the slurry or directly into the chamber, MAK SF rapidly reduces surface tension, allowing the solution to penetrate the excavated soil and provide effective wetting and lubrication. This helps prevent the increase of cutter torque caused by sticky clay adhesion. When used together with MAK DP, MAK SF provides enhanced anti-adhesion and lubrication performance, helping maintain stable excavation and preventing reductions in tunneling speed.
