JELLY GEL is a two-component grout developed for use in civil engineering works such as shield tunneling, where ground instability may cause settlement, deformation, or groundwater inflow. It is designed to fill ground voids and provide effective water sealing, especially in areas with high groundwater levels. JELLY GEL forms and maintains a stable gel structure even under water, making it particularly suitable for filling cavities in groundwater-rich environments. The formed gel effectively seals voids while not interfering with the operation or restart of EPB machines and other equipment, ensuring reliable groundwater control and ground stabilization.

Anti-Washout and Stable Gel Formation
Both Solution A and B have higher viscosity than water, preventing dilution or washout even in water-bearing ground voids, enabling stable gel formation and effective void filling.

Gel time can be controlled within 5-15 seconds by adjusting the concentration of Solutions A and B.
