JELLY GEL
JELLY GEL is a two-component grout developed for civil engineering applications such as shield tunneling, designed to prevent ground settlement and deformation caused by ground instability, while effectively filling voids. It can be easily prepared and applied for water sealing and cutoff in high groundwater conditions. JELLY GEL forms and maintains a stable gel even under water, making it suitable for use in groundwater-rich ground conditions. The formed gel completely fills voids and acts as an effective water barrier, while not interfering with the operation or restart of EPB machines and other equipment.
Flowing Water Tank Test
• JELLY GEL was injected into a tank designed to simulate continuous water flow conditions while water was simultaneously supplied. • After the tank was fully filled with JELLY GEL, the front panel was removed after 10 minutes. • Even under flowing water conditions, JELLY GEL remained in place without washout, maintaining a fully filled state and forming a stable gel structure.

Anti-Washout Performance and Stable Gel Formation
The higher viscosity than water of Solutions A and B prevents dilution and washout even under groundwater flow, forming a stable gel that maximizes void filling performance.

Adjustable Gel Time (5-30 seconds)
Gel time can be controlled within the range of 5 to 30 seconds by adjusting the mixing ratio of Solutions A and B.
