ROCK FOAM

ROCK FOAM is a foaming agent developed for abrasive rock conditions in EPB and open TBM operations, formulated with extreme pressure (EP) additives to reduce cutterhead wear. Foam generated through the system reduces adhesion and clogging of excavated materials, enabling smoother muck discharge. It also provides effective lubrication within the chamber, minimizing abrasion and mechanical wear on TBM components. As a result, ROCK FOAM supports stable operation and extends the service life of cutting tools and equipment.
