Plasticizing Agent
TGA
TGA is an additive designed to enable controlled grout injection even under underwater conditions. It provides a rapid gel time and maintains a plastic state—a condition with no self-flow but capable of flowing under low pressure—for several minutes before hardening. This behavior allows the grout to fill voids densely and completely, ensuring effective backfilling without gaps. As a result, the method offers practical constructability along with economical and environmentally friendly performance.
TGA (Plasticizing Agent) is an additive concept designed to enable a plastic-state grout system while using conventional materials such as ordinary Portland cement and standard sodium silicate.
