MAK GEL

MAK GEL is a two-component grout designed for water sealing, ground stabilization, and settlement control in underground construction, including shield tunneling. It fills ground voids and effectively controls groundwater inflow, particularly in unstable ground or high groundwater conditions. Unlike conventional suspension-type grouts, which have limited penetration due to solid particles, MAK GEL is a solution-type grout that penetrates deeply into soil pores without affecting construction equipment. It can be widely applied in tunneling, excavation, and water-related works, providing reliable ground stabilization and deformation control.

Rapid Penetration and Ground Stabilization

As a particle-free liquid grout, it rapidly penetrates between soil particles, fills voids uniformly, and hardens to provide strong ground stabilization and water sealing.

Adjustable Gel Time

Gel time can be adjusted from 2 seconds to several minutes depending on the concentration of Solution A and B and the type of Solution B.

A safe and highly workable grout material suitable for various ground improvement and sealing applications.

Maintains solidification even under water without washout or loss through ground voids.
