MAK GEL

MAK GEL is a two-component grout designed for water sealing, ground stabilization, and settlement prevention in underground construction works such as shield tunneling. It is used to fill ground voids and control groundwater inflow, especially in areas where ground instability or high groundwater levels may cause settlement or deformation. Conventional suspension-type grouts containing particles often have limited penetration capacity in the ground, which may lead to problems such as groundwater inflow or ground collapse. MAK GEL, a solution-type grout without solid particles, overcomes these limitations by penetrating deeply into soil pores without affecting construction equipment. It can be widely applied in water and sewer works, tunneling projects, and ground excavation, providing reliable ground stabilization and deformation control without interfering with construction equipment.

Rapid Penetration and Ground Stabilization

As a particle-free liquid grout, it rapidly penetrates between soil particles, fills voids uniformly, and hardens to provide strong ground stabilization and water sealing.

Adjustable Gel Time

Gel time can be adjusted from 2 seconds to several minutes depending on the concentration of Solution A and B and the type of Solution B.
